Dropped our dog off at 7 am for teeth cleaning. They said she should be ready to pick up after 6 pm. Didn't hear anything from them so at 5 pm we called to check on her. She had not had her surgery yet. They said they had an emergency which I understand but they should have let us know what was going on. We picked her up and will not go back there again unless it is an emergency. If we had left her we would not have been able to pick her up until 9:30 or 10 pm. They offered a free overnight stay. How can I trust them to take care of my dog overnight if they can't get a teeth cleaning done in ten hours! Terrible customer service and business management here!
