Took my animal here for a checkup. Was over priced, but okay. I wanted flea & worm medication. Was told , by doctor; if I put in a request with PetMeds; she would approve it. This did not happen. After the fact, I call to find out the issue. Was told " Its on my list", not the best response; but okay. PetMeds still won't send the medication; hasn't been approved by the vet. I call a second time, and was not allowed to speak to the doctor. She's too busy, according to her staff. Moral of the story, I guess you have to make it worth their wile, to get good service. If you don't mind having your pets health used as leverage; this might be the place for you; I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.
