Loaded here a few days ago. Was here 4.5 hrs, 4 hrs of that was ahead of my scheduled appointment. 30 minutes from backing to dock to driving off yard. Including the ice blown in, and loaded right up to doors, load was right at 40,000lbs. No problems

Verry slow. And guys at shipping office looks like have some mental health problems. Start work. I don't want spend time at your office. 30 min waiting for somebody.
