Edit: I would also like to note that for a business, they are even unprofessional in dealing with unsatisfied guests. They only reply to positive reviews. No apology whatsoever for desecrating the funeral of a loved one with a bad attitude. Don’t pick this place for a service. Unfortunately went for the funeral of a friend past August. The management was overbearingly present, directed every move. I could tell they had completely booked that day because there were people from other groups constantly coming in. I came during the last fifteen minutes of the viewing, but they were in a rush to move us out of the way and refused to let me in, so I never was able to go to the viewing and was instead taken to the chapel. We all stood up a little too early after the service and a man came shouting down the aisle for us all to sit down, and when she was laid to rest he again shouted at us all to move back. I understand that we needed to stay out of the way so they could do their job but it felt like an angry teacher yelling at us, degrading and awful during a service.
