They weren't friendly. That's my biggest issue. How difficult is it to smile and say hello - maybe even make eye contact. The girl thanked me as I left, but never spoke to me at all the whole time she worked on my nails. Neither did the older man who started on my nails and then moved on to someone else. Maybe it's a cultural thing? I don't know. I believe in being nice and appreciating my customers.
