Men On the Move

I used Men On the Move two times; once when moving our items to our daughter's garage because our house was not quite ready. They did a fair job that time and suggested I call them when it was time to move into the house. A few weeks later a different crew came and apparently there was some miscommunication. I had scheduled them for a minimum of four hours but they were in a hurry and wanted to leave after three hours because they had another job. Much of my furniture was scratched, dented or broken. There were refrigerator parts missing that I had seen them remove that same day in order to clear a door. When the owner called me to see if she could resolve the situation she told me she'd have a "furniture guy" call and come make repairs. He called but has never shown up. It's been over six months and I would never use these people again primarily because they do not follow up.
