My husband and i absolutely love happy tails. Kristen and kris make it a point to make sure my dogs are comfortable, as most dogs they get a little nervous at the vet. They are great at explaining everything and Kristen as even told me her personal experiences with her dogs and what she has found to been the most helpful in similar situations.
