Doctor Suds Car Wash

The service has, unfortunately, gone downhill in recent months. The staff used to really scrub the bugs off of the front and sides of my cars. They also used to check the back and clean anything that needed it, now they do a feel swipes and have you go through the machine. At the end, most times the roller that dries the excess water beads doesn't even come down, resulting in water spots. I usually have to spend another 15 to 20 minutes wiping down the car to take off the excess wax, dirt and water beads left behind, realizing I should have just washed the car at home. The soft towels they provide and vacuuming are nice touches, and when they provide interior service, they usually do a pretty good job. They do not go above and beyond to make sure they vacuum and clean thoroughly though and on occasion, my dash was left with a dull residue.
