Very friendly and kind. Good service. I showed up an hour early for my appointment and they worked us in within 15 minutes. The rooms are a little sterile-looking, not very welcoming, but I guess they’re not meant to be and they certainly make up for it with the waiting room and the care they take with your pets. They answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, and freely offered training advice as this is the first puppy I’ve had since I was a child. I will definitely keep bringing my pet back here.
