Talked with them prior to dropping my truck to ensure to have it by a particular time. Was assured numerous times it would happen. When I try to get my truck at the agreed upon time they inform me they need 15 more minutes followed by "is that Okay". When I told them no it wasn't they put more people on it and got it out to me in 7 minutes. Good way to save themselves but if you can not have a vehicle completed by an agreed upon time, just let that be known up front.

Good quick car wash. They could be a little more meticulous than they are. They rush, so a lot goes undone. I could wash it better myself but I go here when I don't have the time to do it. Overall, they do a pretty good job.
