My car broke down here around 6:30pm, I called my insurance to have it towed because I am a broke student and can't afford an expensive non insured tow. I was in a space off to the side of the station, not in anyone's way and I informed the attendant my car had broken down and I had already called for a tow. The first towing company cancelled on me and the second estimated 90 minutes. So after two hours of waiting for the truck the attendant came out and knocked on the window and started screaming at us to leave, we stated we CANT the car WILL NOT MOVE and the truck said they would not tow the vehicle if we were not present, he kept screaming and wouldn't listen to anything we said and called the police. The police came and we were asked to leave the vehicle and wait across the street (a BUSY street). We did because the police officer was so nice and understanding until the truck came ten minutes later and we had to run back. The police officer told us the man thought we were going to rob him, even though we were polite to him and did nothing wrong. Horrible customer service. This guy was seriously freaking out on us while we were in a bad situation having an awful day. I mean, I didn't want to be there either!
