Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Zaxbys chicken is always phenomenal but I'm a French Fry guy as well. For some reason this location under cooks or over cooks their frys more often than they get it right. Today I even asked to make sure they were not crunchy. As I'm leaving they were not just crunchy but almost burnt . I've decided this is my last visit.

Went to this restaurant for lunch today. My total was $7.02 I handed the cashier my $20 I got my change and didn't look at it and went back to the office. About an hour or so later checked my change as I was going to buy a drink from the drink machine. I opened my receipt to pull my money out and that's when I noticed my change was not right. I was to have gotten back $12.98 but ask I had was the $2.98. So I called the store to see what I needed to do to get my money back. I was told they have to count the drawer and get neck with me. I never heard back so I called back and spoke with Dwight. Dwight is the assistant manager and was unable to fix the situation. He told me he would have to check with his manager. I told him I'd call him back. When I called back I was told the GM was there. Well she was unable to help either, all she would say is that the drawer can't up not over and there was nothing they can do. So I'm out $10 and Zaxbys cannot no let's just say they won't fix it. I can't believe that they except me to be OK with paying $17.02 for a side salad, 2 chicken fingers and a 22oz drink, cause there is nothing they can do.
