Horrific Product & Sales Manager! $22,500.00 and less than two years later it needs to be replaced due to improper installation and poor quality turf. Randy Duff is worse than a used car salesman, he ripped us off and treated us like dirt and he takes zero responsibility for his rude behavior and wrong doings. This company is a joke! Gary promised me there would be no seams or areas where the dogs could pull up the turf, he will tell you whatever you want to hear to make his sale and not only will he not return my calls, he told corporate that it's all my fault!! Really?? Spend your money somewhere else with a company that stands behind their product and knows what they are doing!
