The nurses and doctors are amazing! However, I will be switching to another group due to the rude receptionists. There is only one receptionist who is genuinely nice. I've been in the waiting room and seen the receptionists roll their eyes when the phone rings, though it's their job to answer it, and silently mocking patients over the phone. I feel it's a violation of privacy to be required to tell the receptionist what you're needing to ask the nurse or doctor about rather than being transferred to the nurses' answering machine and receiving a call back later,espe especi with the front desk staff mocking patients. Also, though the doctors are amazing, the wait times are awful. For my 6 week postpartum check up I waited in the room for more than an hour and a half to even see the doctor, which was not uncommon at all.

By far one of the nicest places I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. T Before I was even their patient, one of their receptionist called me back to set me up an appointment, and due to some prior medical issues,was more attentive to get me a appointment as soon as possible. I was not disappointed at my first visit. They saw me about 15 minutes early, and my Doctor (Dr.Ferral) was super sweet and asked me and my husband a variety of in-depth questions. It made me feel like she he kindly cared about what was going on with me, had been going on, and what was to come. She took time to explain to me an entire process that would take months. The nurses there are also very friendly. I had to per so bad, and knew they needed a urine sample. The nurse upon hearing this immedatly got me a cup with a smile. The nurse who took my blood was very pleasant, friendly, and gentle. Didnt feel a thing as she took so blood! I've had two more visits and they have all been exceptionally pleasant and they move a bit quicker the others I've attended, while being thorough a d making you feel like their priority at the time of your visit. From the front counter to all the doctors and nurses and techs, a very pleasant and professional environment and knowledgeable staff! Wish I could rate higher!
