It takes forever to schedule a physical, but that is not too uncommon around the area. What really caused the 1 star is the fact they called less than 48 hours in advance of my appointment (which was made 3 months prior) to cancel because they overbooked. Yes I was the first appointment of the day. No effort to work with me or provide any credible evidence of how the overbooking happened. Wellstar in general had declined from the office staff and general attitude towards patients. Prime example of what happens when you have a big organization run by accounting types.
