Wells Fargo Bank

Not happy with customer service at this branch, normally I would not complain but I went into this branch a few days ago and the same lady that I refused to bank with at Wells Fargo in Powder Springs now is here, I hate doing this but she either needs to be more customer focused or your bank will lose more customers again like powder springs, Pat Stankey is exceptional in being rude and cold mannered at the desk, if you do not believe me test her your self and then compare the customer service at the other branches, I removed my self from the situation last time, now its time to either do something about her or lose my business again. WOW I can not stand this woman.!!!
