Came in this morning to access my safety deposit box. One banker on duty who has been helping 1 customer for almost an hour now. There are 2 people ahead of me and 1 behind . The 1 banker has not come out to ask us anything or to say I'll be with you shortly. There are 2 tellers. There normally is a head teller who is not here and another employee who handles banker overflow. This is so horrible. This branch has enough people coming in to warrant additional employees.
