I don't even want to give this place a single star! I purchased a Groupon with them on a day Groupon was having a deal on "local deals". First of all literally the WORSTTTTT front desk/receptionists whatever they are. This woman on the phone was one of the most rude human beings I have ever spoken to. I wanted to schedule other treatments also besides the Groupon so I was looking to spend a good amount of money to get multiple procedures done but the receptionist was rude and had no interest whatsoever in helping me schedule an appointment and then she got mad because I bought the Groupon instead of her just giving me the Groupon price but I told her the Groupon was having a special price for local deals and she basically acted like I was insane and had no idea what I was talking about. The one day the office is open later(until like 6 I believe) and she was like I can get you an appointment at 330 but if you are even a minute late then the doctor won't see you because he will be leaving at 4 and I said wait the office is open later though so why would he be leaving that early. I hope management for the office sees this because I'm telling you right now that your receptionists are making your office lose patients and money. I don't care if the doctor here is the best doctor in the entire world I still wouldn't go here simply just to not ever encounter this terrible sad excuse for a front desk person. She tells you she'll call you back too and find out things but she won't ever call you back and everything that comes out of her mouth is rude, inappropriate and I feel inaccurate. She has extremely poor motivation when it comes to helping people or giving good customer service. Anyway I found a more kind and helpful office and got my Groupon refunded immediately. I left the front desk a voicemail about how I cancelled my Groupon and I don't want any services from their office and it was all because of how rude this main receptionist was. She left me a voicemail the next trying to act nice all of a sudden and like she was looking to help me. I never called back and I wouldn't step foot in this office if you paid me. No matter how decent the prices are here DO NOT GO HERE. There's many other offices and with great prices on services and you don't have to deal with demeaning, rude and unhelpful people like the ones that work at that place. STAY FAR AWAY
