One thing that I can say about Mr Sims is he has an excellent attitude about helping with HUD homes. The process is long and tedious, but he never seems to tire or become frustrated. I guess that has a lot to do with him being a spiritual individual. Thanks Wardell, You're one of very few in the realty business with real customer concern.
