Worst Bakery in the Wal-Mart chain! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN TWO MONTHS THAT THEY'VE LOST A CAKE ORDER THAT WAS PAID IN FULL. In November, the dept manager took an order for my son's cake and at pickup time the order was nowhere to be found. The freaking dept manager!! Nothing was done then. This time, it's a 2 two tier cake that had to be paid for before they would take the order and here it is time for pick up and the cake order is nowhere to be found. Now I wasn't going to come back here for this order but placed an order at Hudson Bridge a month ago only to find out three days before it was to be picked up, that they couldn't complete it. They didn't call or anything. So they transferred the order to This Walmart. I talked went in and paid for it three days . We went over everything and low and behold here it is to be picked up and it's not ready. I don't know what's going on in that bakery but this is absolutely ridiculous! And the managers have the audacity to have an attitude because we're upset! Who wouldn't be??? There needs to be some accountability here! And to blame the customer is downright piss poor customer service and ridiculous. Now we have to wait 45 min for a decorator to come off lunch. An absolute embarrassment for the company!
