Julie m. Has refused to fill my prescription two months in a row with no reason given. She is incredibly rude. When I walked up to the desk she told me she didn't have my medicine before she saw my prescription. I then handed it to her and after about 5 minutes of her on the computer she said she refused again to fill my prescription and she doesn't have to give me a reason why. When I asked for her pharmacist Identification number she refused to give that to me so I can't file a complaint with the board. I am in chronic pain from a compressed disc on my spinal cord and she doesn't seem to care or to want to do her job. I took my business elsewhere and got it filled right away. I will be filing a formal complaint with the ga board as well as the insurance commisioners office. This is not right and needs to be dealt with. Someone I'm chronic pain with a valid prescription should be able to get it filled wherever they please.
