Waldan Pond Apartments

So my daughter spoke to the property manager earlier in the week and agreed she would move in on Saturday. She gets to the leasing office as agreed only to find out the apartment was not ready. Dishwasher still in the box, sinks not installed, chips on walls and several other issues. Their excuse was the storm that was rain only that occurred first part of the week. Then the manager blamed her supervisor and the contractor. The office opens at 10am at that point the manager should have inspected the unit to make sure it was ready . She knew she had someone moving into the unit today. Instead she chose not to call my daughter and just wait to tell her when she went to sign the lease as agreed. She had at least a couple of hours to call my daughter and tell her it was not ready. My daughter rented a truck and it was loaded ready to move in! Now will have to place all her belongings somewhere else and look for another place to live! DO NOT RENT AT THIS COMPLEX!!! The property manager does not take responsibility and the customer service is reprehensible!
