Okay, seriously this place is unlike any other Verizon I've been to. They actually care about customer service seeing as though they definitely showed me a memorable experience. The staff is friendly and helpful! I was in and out in 25 minutes with a new phone and 100% clarity on what my next bill would look like! 5 star service for sure!
