If I could give no stars, I would. Worst experience I've ever had. First, I didn't realize this was not a Verizon store until after the purchase was done, and I received the receipt. Should have done online research first, but I didn't. Would have been better off going to the actual Verizon store further away. First, I told him that I saw advertising of continued deals after black Friday, but he told me I was wrong. When I was looking online for the deals, he told me "once I push this button there's no going back". Really, because I'm pretty sure no money was exchanged nor did I sign anything. When I told the sales person I didn't want the protection plan instead of saying okay, I was questioned as to why I didn't want it. Walk away from this store as fast as you can and go somewhere else. Worst customer service experience. EVER.
We came in to look at phone options with no plans to upgrade. We were greeted, shown options, and found some great deals. John Torres was our Verizon Sales Rep. He was polite, and not pushy. Purchased new phone, case, screen protector, and car charger. The only thing that took time was transferring my photos from the old phone to the new one. I will definitely return to this location.
