What a joke of customer service. I grew up here but no longer live in the state. I went on Black Friday to mail a painting back to my new home. I checked the Black Friday hours prior to going. Black Friday hours are open until 7 pm. I showed up at 4:55 pm and was told they couldn’t help me because they had decided to already close the register. I explained how I’m only in town once a year and needed to mail this. They told me sorry and I could try going to Macon. I’ll be sure my family will no longer service this business. Arriving 2 hours and 5 mins prior to closing and won’t help. What a joke!
