I was a member of TNT Kickboxing with Darrel a few years back! I was so excited to hear he was closer to home and also the instructor at Universal Kickboxing in Hiram!!! What a workout!!!!!! Darrel is motivating and has you begging for more! It's so hard to find a great cardio workout that uses every muscle group to fatigue. Very impressed! Thank you Darrel!
