This post office sucks. They are not willing to help with anything. I have been calling and even went to this location about a package that was to be delivered by the 6th of this month and I still have not gotten it. They are not trying to find it or anything. Spoke to a manager and she said she would call me and yet I sit here waiting and still no call. First class mail.... yeah right.... more like I don't care about your package and we will keep your stuff that we want... very rude staff and supervisors at this location. Wish there was a better way to get a problem fixed than dealing with these people at this location. 800 number is over an hour wait and all they tell you is that they will open a case and call you within 24 to 48 hours. Still no call from them about my package. And it's been 7 days past due. Worst mail place ever. USPS SUCKS.
