So I had a medium sized flat rate priority box with a pair of shoes inside to be mailed off. I sat there watching one of the workers cut the line off with people at the door because they close at 4, which now made those people ask others who were able to be seen to order their things. I thought that I wouldn't have any problems seeing my package was all ready to go. But as soon as I get up there this lady tell me that I have the wrong box this box says medium flat rate priority and my label has a price on it according to the weight of the shoes but when I looked at the Box the Box said any price medium flat-rate priority after asking the lady to explain to me I I asked her to show me the box that I need it it was the same box but they didn't even have the right size I asked her with they have any more somewhere else because I needed to mail this off she looks at me stupid and says oh that's all we have I ask again why my boss is a problem and all she did was repeated herself I left because I realized they wanted to close and went to another location on Wesley Chapel where they took the Box and mailed it as it should have been because there were no problems the box covered any rate so my label should not have been a problem I truly believe they just wanted to leave and got rid of all their customers quickly, sad.
