I never write reviews but I had to on this one. Would give negative stars if I could. To make a long story short, I reserved/paid for a PO Box online. Picked up the keys, and receipt. Had my mail forwarded. A few weeks later got an email that said if I didnt pick up the keys my reservation would be cancelled. I called usps and they said its probably a mistake since I already had the keys. Went in to check the mail and keys wouldnt work. They told me they cancelled my box, rented it to someone else and sent all my mail back. But then were confused as to why they did it after I explained I paid and have the keys. Still dont have a box...some mail is being held at the post office for me to pick up, but some mail has been returned..im so over it..and no one will fix the problem....
