Worst t-mobile store ever. They constantly lie to customers. Found this out from a corporate employee. From the time I signed up under a manager at the time by the name of Sean I was stuck and screwed over repeatedly. He basically told me that the customer service lied to me and there was nothing they could to for me. More recently, I got a call from customer service because I'm basically done paying off everything. She informs me that I can disconnect the line to a Hotspot that has literally been sitting in a box for years now. I was annoyed because I'd gone to this same store and asked for that and was told I could only take off the insurance. It just makes me so mad when I realized how much money I've wasted here over the span of 3 years. going to cancel my service soon. If u want good, honest service go to the corporate locations on Robert c Daniel and wright'sBoro rd.
