This way, by far, the worst experience my husband and I have ever had at any phone carrier store. First and foremost, it took 2 hours to complete what the sales guy admitted should only take 20 minutes. He was obviously new and didn't know what he was doing. He constantly kept having to run to the back where the self-proclaimed manager on duty, Victoria Cleveland, was sitting taking personal phone calls (or when she wasn't she was watching anime cartoons on her iPad on the floor) instead of being present with the obviously under trained staff on the retail floor. She offered him zero assistance or guidance and when he messed up at the end of the two hour transaction all she could say was "sorry, he's new". Well, maybe if you know the new guy is working that day and you have dubbed yourself "in charge" you should be a source of knowledge for him or at least be present when he needs your help. To top it all off, the exact same transaction my husband and I came in to do (port a line, take advantage of the free phone promotion & trade-in an old device) Victoria completed twice within 15 minutes. I am not mad at the new guy, he's new- we've all been there, it takes time to learn the ropes. Who I am mad at is Victoria who was the worst excuse for leadership I have ever witnessed as a customer. I will never return to this store. ever.
