AT&T

I came in with a broken phone that I just got two months ago, I couldn't access any of my contacts which I needed very badly for work. I was greeted and assisted by Brandie. She helped me file an insurance claim less than 5 minutes with 24 hour shipping, She even got me a tablet on promotion so I could access my gmail account immediately with all my contacts I needed for work. Very helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend Brandie to my fellow AT&T friends and family.

My Samsung Galaxy 2 finally died and I needed a replacement. Jeremy athte Stone Mountain HWY store sold me Samsung Galaxy J3 that also came with a tablet as part of a promotion. He was very professional, patient and showed me the ins and outs of the phone. Jeremy also transferred all my info from the old phone to my new one. It was just a super experience. I will definitely recommend AT&T, specifically this location to family and friends Thanks so much all!
