If I could give 0 stars... I would. Absolutely horrid customer service. From the moment you walk in and are "greeted" (if you can call it that) by Melanie, to the service itself. Melanie (the greeter) was HORRIBLE. I mean, probably the most sarcastic hateful person I have encountered in quite a while. She was obviously very unhappy about doing her job that day. When I asked a question she was amazingly sarcastic with her response, to the point that I should have just walked out then. I had no idea that it was truly going to get worse from there. The person who helped us was exceptionally rude. I made a mistake and changed my mind on something and you would think the world was literally falling. I was absolutely astonished and down right ashamed at the behavior of the team here. It is really appalling. I understand bad day and annoying customers, but I personally feel that there is absolutely no need int he world to treat people with the amount of disdain as I received from this store from the very moment I walked in. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. For that matter, I have almost come to the conclusion that this kind of service comes from the very top of ATT because phone service is just as horrid of an experience. It must be a cultural norm at ATT to despise your job and the customers associated with it. In a time when customer care is so scrutinized, you would expect a company to at least take a moment to care and improve. NOT ATT! Anyway, at the very least, better staff your stores with people who legitimately know how to lead a staff towards customer care. Maybe hire someone from Chick Fil A to lead the charge. You could DEFINITELY use some help. So glad after this experience I jumped ship and went back to Verizon. I made it literally 2 weeks on ATT's service before saying no more. NEVER AGAIN.

This is one of the best At&t stores in the area, it is one of the few corporate stores, so the staff is not only friendly, but professional knowledgeable and experienced
