I love Suwanee Family Physicians! Unlike many other doctor's offices I have gone into, the staff is welcoming, and genuinely happy that you are there. Ibe at the front desk goes out of her way to make your experience better, and it's obvious that she cares about developing relationships with customers instead of just treating them like another task. Both Dr. Shih and Mrs. Nina take the time to listen to what you have to say and make you feel comfortable. They are an absolutely wonderful team, and they make it easy to put your trust in them. Every single staff member at Suwanee Family Physicians greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. I cannot recommend them enough!
