I went to this location on my 45 min lunch break with 2 co-workers An had the worst service ever!! There was only one person working. We ordered 3 subs an while our subs were being made the phone rang. The guy answered the phone an proceeded to take orders over the phone while our food was open laying on the counter. After 15 mins of him being on the phone I asked him could he please finish our food we were on a lunch break An needed to get back to work. He said in just a min then he took another 10 mins to hang up. When he came back over to the counter he had an attitude An said phone call orders come first , I asked for his name an he said Patrick an now you can leave. He refused to finish our subs an he walked in the back am refused to come out. In that time 2 other people came in wanting food too an they witnessed the whole thing. We never got our food an Patrick who I later found out was a manager refused to service us. He also called the police an no one was acting out of control but him, We just wanted our food so we could go back to work. Needless to say we were out of time on our lunch so we had no food at all. Do not go to this location at all especially on lunch break!!! An Subway these are the kind of people you promote into management ??? REALLY ?? He needs to never work in a customer service or retail job again !!!
I mean who dont like subway..a healthy option
