Stoner's Pizza Joint Midtown

Ordered from here and it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get my ordered. I had a large pizza, wings, and breadsticks. Nothing crazy! They quoted me an hour wait which is reasonable and typical of them. When I called to complain about the wait, no one knew how to handle the situation.. the phone was passed to three different people and the issue was never resolved. I got a “sorry about that”. They should have discounted the meal or done something to compensate for the lack of time management and poor customer service.
