Stix and Sushi

Absolutely horrible experience! Firstly, it took me ten minutes to order my food for my two co-workers and self. We all ordered the same thing and the cashier couldn't understand the concept of splitting the check three ways. She first charged us all three different amounts then had to reverse them to correct the charges. She told us we would be charged the same thing each then when the driver arrived AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES later, we were all charged different amounts! On top of such a long wait, our food arrived cold. The lettuce for our salads was completely brown and wilted, absolutely inedible. I wish I could post a picture to show the extent of how bad the salad was. I will never eat from this establishment again.

I just cannot fathom these other reviews. We ate here tonight and just loved it. We eat sushi and all kinds of Asian food very frequently, and this was delicious. Squid salad was best we have ever had. Sevice was impeccable (Stacy) and the manager (Kit) was so gracious and anxious to see our every need was met. We cannot wait to go back in a couple of days. I wish we lived here so I could have this food and service for more than the two weeks we will be here.
