Steak 'n Shake

The only reason I'm even giving one star is because the waitress was nice and seemed to at least care a little that our experience was horrendous. We sat for almost 20 minutes before we finally had to call someone over to see if they'd help us. Our food took at least another half hour to come out & all we had were two burgers. It was cold when it did finally come out and we had to ask three people to bring us drinks before someone finally got them. Ordered a milkshake at the end and someone sat it on the counter where it melted for the 10 minutes they decided to have a conversation instead of bringing us our shake. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant at all and I will not be returning. I was highly dissatisfied.

I cannot recommend this place. We stopped in for a quick meal. After 25 minutes of waiting my husband got up to check on our food. It had not even been started yet. When we tried to cancel the order we were told there wasn't a ticket for our meals. No one apologized or offered to make our food right then. On top of that we were still charged for our drinks. We will not be back and I recommend you stay away as well.
