This Starbucks used to be my favorite starbucks to frequent. The staff was helpful and engaging and the store was always clean. It's been about a while since I've been here and I came one expecting the same experience I've always gotten. That's not what happened. They're playing their own music in the store, not the music approved by starbucks which makes it hard to focus.
It's obvious all the employees are friends, which is cool, but they'd rather talk to each other than engage with their customers. When I went to order my drink at the register the cashier made it seem as though I was inconveniencing her. Half of the staff has their hair down when it should be tied up (and they're also not wearing neither a visor nor a hat).
They're not in uniform. Pretty much half of the girls here (there's four by the way and the store isn't busy so why there isn't someone cleaning up these nasty tables and/or sweeping the dirty floor I don't know) are wearing leggings. One of the girls is wearing a gray Old Navy tshirt and the other one is wearing an orange and gray baseball tee.
I'm normally not a person that leaves complains about businesses, but I genuinely love Starbucks and seeing the way this one is being run just genuinely upsets me.
