I would like to start off by saying that this location at one time was a very professional store. The experience I had on March 13, 2018 was by far the worst experience ever in a professional environment. I witnessed an "Assistant Manager" use profanity towards another co-worker and she acting as though she wanted to fight the young lady. Being that this was my first time inviting my friend to the Tucker Store, I was totally embarrassed. Not to mention dishearten to know that you could allow someone of that authority to use it against another co-worker saddens me. I wanted to place an order in the Deli but when the "Assistant Manager" approached the young lady whom was making a sandwich for a gentleman in front of me, calling her out her name; I then turned to my friend and told her let's leave. I wasn't for sure what was about to happen but to witness something like that in front of several customers is very rude and just blatantly disrespectful. Will I return…NO!! Of course not…. I am very big on customer service and again what I witnessed on yesterday (3/13/18) was definitely not “CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL”. You all should be ashamed that you have someone that represents your company the way your “Assistant Manager” does; at least that’s what she kept repeating to the young lady. My opinion you shouldn’t have anyone of that caliber working in your establishment, but who am I “JUST A CONCERNED CUSTOMER”!!!! I ONLY gave "Sprouts Farmers Market in Tucker, GA"; a star because I had to rate you all and I couldn't proceed with the review by leaving it blank. But as of now my rating for "Sprouts Farmers Market in Tucker, GA" would definitely be below a star rating!! "CONCERNED CUSTOMER"!!!!
I like the quality of food at sprouts and great sales they have. The 5$ sushi is restaurant quality; they have the best variety of eggs & essential oils. I often eat at their salad bar but.... the employees (particularly at the deli cutting meat/cheese) are in need of training. They are slow, unfriendly, have zero customer service and often have no idea about the meat selection. Often there are 4-5 of them cooking, opening packages & they don’t help customers. I waited 15 minutes before one of them decided she would help only for her to huff because I wanted 3 items. Food is often not prepared due to supply issues or refrigeration problems yet there are always multiple people behind the counter yet none of them help! They cut the meat super thick due to laziness even if you ask for it thin; they take forever to find the right boars head selection often acting aggravated that they were interrupted. Management needs to correct this. I have stopped using the deli although they have the lowest prices and just go to publix who have the best deli employees. Hire professionals and train your rude staff.
