Oh boy, where to start. 4 months ago my wife and I switched over to sprint from Verizon as part of the buy out program, we got the phones roughly 5 days later which was a non issue; upon taking possession of the phones we were informed we had nothing to do as far as the buy out and sprint would take care of it all, we received new numbers and were on our way. Turns out the numbers need to be ported over to get the buy out and you need to do it yourself. Nice to find that out on January 22nd. So we finally got the phones paid off but there was a 150 dollar surcharge because the Verizon lines were still open. I had to pay that out of pocket. Now onto issue 2, when they set everything up they locked us in for the full duration of the lease, with no option to upgrade early. So we're stuck with phones that constantly glitch and are basically paper weights and we can't get out of them unless we pay off both AND THEN take on new phone payments, instead of just trading into something different and not incurring extra charges. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION GO TO THE ONE ON COBB PARKWAY NEXT TO BEST BUY. PS, when we got the phones we were told they were great and they used to have issues but were given assurances that the issues were fixed, clearly we were lied to and since they took it upon themselves to lock us in the contract without the option to upgrade were stuck with phones that work half the time. The only option we were given as a fix was to download another phone's camera app and that might doctor the problem. It didn't. Stay away from this store. Seriously people.

People don’t know what they are talking about! They’ll tell you anything to try to get you to sign a contract and don’t know anything about the phones!
