I read the reviews before coming and unfortunately they were right! My apt was at 1:15 and I am still waiting and it’s 4:15!! The receptionist also scheduled me a apt for a different doctor and when I went they had no record of that apt which again was time and money wasted! Never coming back!

This is THE worst staff I ever worked with. First, last year when I went back I was diagnosed with pcos. They were supposed to send paperwork showing that because the appointment was painful and I went home to rest. They kept sending it as nothing wrong. They kept telling me they would fix it, etc. They never did and I almost lost my job. I purposely stopped BC and going there because the staff is horribly trained and just sucks. I was also supposed to get a statement to show my FSA card company (because they processed a payment i didnt know about ) and I still havent recieved it. Its been over two months. TWO MONTHS avoid this office like the black plague. Horrible.
