Smoothie King

The only problem I have with this location is the manager. My smoothie was made by a young girl and she didn't make it quite right. I had no problem with this as I could tell she was working HARD - she was the only one tending to all the customers and there were quite a few customers in line. I went back up to the counter to ask for a new smoothie where the manager was now working. She had a very snippy attitude, grabbing the shake angrily and acting overall childish. I know she wasn't angry at me, but rather her employee. She did not effectively communicate to the employee that she was remaking it so the girl started my new smoothie only to be yelled at. While blending, the manager goes on and on at this employee about her mistake and won't let up, despite my comments that it's not a big deal, I don't mind, and accidents happen. I think the girl - again, the one employee doing 99% of the work - did what she could and handled it to the best of her ability, only to be bi*ched at for an ACCIDENT. I understand it's inconvenient and maybe this isn't the first time she's messed up, but you're not getting anywhere by yelling at your employees.
