Excellent customer service. I checked with my cell phone carrier & I would have to send my phone to Texas and at an unknown (and probably high!)cost. We found SmartFones on-line & in 10 minutes they fixed what turned out to be a minor issue and DID NOT CHARGE US ANYTHING!! We were amazed and will definitely use them again.
