Sleep and Sinus Centers of Georgia - Lawrenceville

I have two issues with this facility. First, I had a sleep study and no one ever called to tell me the official findings. I was told when I went in for a CT scan that the findings were being finalized, so I'd get a call in a few days. My cell phone number is on file but no call. I called in a week or so later and the person put me on hold and then said I needed to call back. Second issue: when I decided to not get a sinus procedure done (cost concerns and not deeming it necessary), I told the person on the phone this when they called to give me information. I said, "I'm actually glad you called. I'm going to hold off. please cancel that appointment." Fast forward about a week. I get a reminder call. I had to tell that person I cancelled like a week ago. Now fast forward a month. I am checking my phone messages at home and someone from here name Susan said she was calling about an appointment I missed April 9th. The message was left April 20th. I don't know what is going on with this place and lack of communication, but I will never return. And I will fight like crazy if I get a no-show bill.
