Dr. Shenoy was on point for a lot of my treatment planning but there's a lot of office handling shenanygans... portals, do not leave multiple messages, extension 300 and more options... like no one ever answers the phone. Please do not be late for your appt, which is meant to discuss your health issues.. you will be rudely turned away regardless of circumstances (remember u can't get a live person to answer 4 U to let them know of unforeseen issues)..not sure who is in charge of patient care and why Shenanigans since the waiting room is only full for lab patients..
