Shapes Brow Bar

Awful! As the lady was threading my eyebrows she is constantly talking or yelling in my ear to another worker. And when I got up and looked and them she had missed so many spots. Asked her to re do it and she did, but didn't even fix it. Lord help me. Then she got all pissed off cause I did not want to leave her a tip. Awful experience and awful cusromer service!
