If I could give them no stars I would. I can not say anything about the dentist because I didn't get that far. The staff were so awful and unprofessional that I ended up walking out. I was told the day before my appointment (which I waited a week with a pain level of 8) that if I didn't get my insurance number to them by 1pm they wouldn't be able to see me. I dropped everything I was doing which was the first day of classes and got them the number. I arrived at my appt the next day and they said the same thing they told me the day before about the insurance needing 24 hrs to process but that they COULD still see me. I said forget it. They were not helpful or sympathetic to my pain or the whole situation.

Extremely unprofessional practice, they have had the same uncomfortable furniture in their office for the last 10 years. The billing is never correct and staff unprofessional in their interactions with patients.
