Sears Hometown Store

This locally owned store is great! I love it, the owners are responsive, helpful and very customer focused. I would recommend it for any appliance purchase at Lake Sinclair or Oconee! The team that delivered and installed the new appliances was excellent and worked hard to make everything perfect and went above and beyond. I only wish we had something like this store in the Atlanta area. Shop with them, you are supporting a family business, a local business and small business. Way better and prices just as good as bad service big box appliance retailers.

Bought a Die Hard Gold battery charger from Sears Store last year. Stop working called store, total waste of time, they blew me off. Bought it on Sears Credit Card, did not have receipt. Asked if they could verify purchase online, they said they couldn't. Hard to believe. Never again will I buy anything from this store
