I love the associates that work in this store. They are super helpful and customer-service oriented. Erica has helped me tremendously with my natural hair journey, being honest about what would work and what would not. I love her because she is not always trying to sell me a product. If she doesn't think it will work in my thick curly hair, she'll say so. And she is often right...lol. In this way she has earned by absolute trust and confidence. She is a model for Customer Service everywhere.
